🔁 Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
All tags, hygiene liners, and packaging must be intact
Return requests must be made via email before sending the item back
For hygiene reasons, worn swimwear or items without hygiene stickers cannot be returned.
💰 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note:
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
We do not offer refunds on sale or clearance items, unless they are damaged or faulty
📦 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service for safe delivery.
💥 Damaged or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund as soon as possible.
